Description
Jazwares is hiring a Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) Analyst to support the CPI Senior Manager in identifying inefficiencies and leading cross-functional process improvement initiatives. The role uses Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC, Kaizen, data analysis, process mapping, automation, project management, SOPs, RACI models, and change management to streamline workflows and improve cost performance. Candidates need 2–4 years of relevant experience, Lean Six Sigma knowledge, analytical and presentation skills, and an active Yellow or Green Belt certification. The position offers a Monday–Thursday on-site schedule with optional Friday work-from-home and up to 20 fully remote workdays annually.
