Description
PADNOS is hiring a Continuous / Process Improvement Engineer to identify and prioritize manufacturing and operational improvements, lead cross-functional projects, establish KPIs and dashboards, analyze root causes, and embed lean and continuous improvement practices. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, 3–5 years of engineering and continuous improvement experience, proficiency with Solid Works, Auto CAD, and Microsoft Office, and experience with conveyance, vision systems, sorting, and segregation. It is an in-office position based in Grand Rapids.
