Description
The employer is hiring a continuous-process/day-shift operator for a Belgian food-production facility. The role involves starting up, operating, monitoring, and maintaining parallel production processes; recording production data; ensuring quality, safety, hygiene, and tidiness; resolving malfunctions; and performing cleaning, repairs, and preventive maintenance. The position requires an A2/level 4 or HBO5 technical or chemistry diploma or comparable experience, at least two years of technical or production experience, independent and teamwork skills, an eye for quality and safety, and basic MS Office knowledge. The schedule is 100% and includes six months in a continuous shift system followed by six months in a three-shift system, with a gross salary of €2,500 to €4,000.
