Description
The PHLpreK Continuous Quality Improvement Coordinator supports high-quality early childhood programs by coordinating compliance monitoring, corrective action plans, grievance investigations, health and safety observations, technical assistance, provider onboarding, emergency closures, and performance reporting. The role partners with quality-support organizations, government agencies, funders, and program managers; reports to the PHLpreK Provider Services Senior Manager; and requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, five years of related experience, and demonstrated knowledge of early childhood assessment or quality-improvement systems.
