Description
The employer is hiring an experienced production operator for the Mouterij in Puurs to monitor and adjust the continuous malting process from germinated grains through kilning, take samples, clean installations, perform maintenance, handle minor technical issues, and keep administrative records. The role works in a continuous-shift system across two shifts, including weekends, on weekly contracts with the possibility of a permanent contract after a positive evaluation. The position requires operator experience, technical insight, proactive prioritization, physical work, teamwork, fluent Dutch, and availability for the specified shifts. Pay is €19.57 per hour gross, with early-shift and late-shift premiums and €10 per day worked.
