Description
Mouterij Albert is hiring an experienced Production Operator to monitor and adjust the continuous malting process from sprouting through kilning, take samples, clean installations, perform maintenance, handle minor technical issues, and keep administrative records. The role works in a continuous two-shift system including weekends, requires production and operator experience, technical insight, Dutch communication skills, and physical work, and offers a starting wage of €19.57 plus shift premiums, meal vouchers, and weekly ADV hours. After a positive evaluation, a permanent contract may be available.
