Teams Squared is hiring a full-time, remote Contract Analyst to support construction-sector contract compliance workflows. The role reviews construction contracts, subcontracts, scopes of work, and special conditions; extracts obligations such as notice requirements, time bars, variations, extension-of-time provisions, payment claims, and retention conditions; validates data in the Clawz platform; tracks contractual dates and triggers; performs quality checks; and collaborates on process improvements. Candidates need an undergraduate law degree or equivalent, contract administration or legal experience, strong attention to detail, English proficiency, and the ability to work independently with complex legal documents.
