Description
The Contracts & Cost Manager, KIX01 will oversee procurement strategy, tendering, contract negotiation, administration, vendor performance, claims, and cost management for critical operations across the KIX01 data center campus. The role works with the Site Operations Manager and local teams, requires at least three years of contract management experience in operations or facility management, and involves occasional travel between STACK Tokyo and Osaka offices and other KIX01 data center locations.
