Description
The Validation Officer validates and processes health insurance member and policy data before upload to the CHI portal. Responsibilities include verifying policy and member information, checking national identification and other member IDs, performing pre-upload validation, investigating mismatches, coordinating corrections, tracking uploads, and producing validation and SLA reports. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field, 1–2 years of benefit setup or insurance policy administration experience, familiarity with medical coverages and CHI uploads, knowledge of insurance regulatory requirements, and proficiency with MS Office and data entry systems.
