AND Digital is hiring four Embedded C++ Developers for a 12-week contract starting immediately, with two days onsite in Kings Cross, London. The role involves owning a self-contained area of an embedded C++ application for a safety-critical medical technology product, from design through tested and documented code. Responsibilities include alarms, start-up and supervision, patient-data persistence, session lifecycle, power-down, service functionality, logging, and fault management. The position requires modern C++17, embedded Linux, safety-critical software, Linux systems integration, IPC and serialization, CMake, testing, CI/CD, cross-compilation, and formal engineering processes; medical-device, regulated-environment, and safety-standard experience is desirable.
