Description
A boutique law firm focused on early-stage hard-tech and cryptocurrency companies is seeking a Contract Crypto Counsel to provide project-by-project legal support to founders and emerging technology companies. The role covers digital asset regulation, securities and commodities law, money transmission, payments, tokens, compliance, commercial agreements, product counseling, and potentially financings and corporate transactions. The ideal candidate is an active member of at least one U.S. state bar with meaningful experience advising crypto, blockchain, fintech, or digital asset companies, and the work is flexible and intermittent, suitable for fractional, contract, or moonlighting engagement.
