NOW Courier is hiring Contract Delivery Drivers to pick up and deliver cargo on open routes, breakdowns, and overflow assignments across Indiana and potentially neighboring states. The role requires flexible scheduling, GPS navigation, customer communication, safe cargo handling, and problem-solving, with routes involving 30–100 daily stops and up to 1,750 weekly miles. Drivers may earn up to $800–$1,200 per week, receive weekly direct deposits, and access medical, dental, and vision insurance options; a cargo van or Sprinter is preferred. Applicants must be at least 21, own a suitable 2014 or newer vehicle, have a smartphone, hold a valid driver's license and commercial insurance, and pass pre-employment screening.
