The Health Policy Servicing Specialist will handle policy servicing transactions for IncomeShield life and health plans, including plan-type changes, terminations, payer and payment-method changes, and the preparation of related letters. The role also involves checking staff work, supporting process-improvement projects, and contributing to company-wide initiatives such as reviewing letters, work instructions, forms, and system enhancements. The position requires a degree or diploma, insurance-industry experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, teamwork, and the ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects.
