Hong Leong Bank is hiring a Contract Financing specialist within Business Corporate Banking to oversee growth and asset quality of the contract-financing loan portfolio. The role advises business centres and relationship managers on credit papers and risk mitigation, conducts technical due diligence and project monitoring for engineering and construction projects, consults customers and stakeholders, and supports environmentally responsible CRE strategy. It requires a civil and structural engineering or related degree and 5–7 years of experience in construction, project management, or contract administration.
