Description
The Contract Inside Sales Associate Jr. will manage and sell to assigned customers, provide quotes and technical support, coordinate product delivery, analyze competition, and support customer satisfaction. The role requires strong customer service, communication, organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills, along with MS Office, Internet, and Outlook proficiency. A college degree is preferred, but a high school diploma with sales training and equivalent experience is acceptable; bilingualism is an asset.
