Magna is hiring a global Procurement Instructional Designer to design and deliver a scalable training program supporting procurement strategy and standards. The role covers training needs assessments, curriculum and content development, blended learning, multimedia tools, intranet and communication hubs, Kirkpatrick evaluations, and coordination with business SMEs, L&D, and external eLearning partners. Candidates need procurement or supply-chain expertise, instructional-design experience, adult-learning knowledge, content-authoring and video-creation skills, and at least five years of relevant experience.
