The client is hiring an Instructional Designer / Content Developer to support its Sales Enablement team by creating sales training and performance support content. The role involves developing eLearning modules, videos, job aids, presentations, and multimedia learning experiences using Vyond and Camtasia, collaborating with sales stakeholders and subject matter experts, and applying instructional design and accessibility standards. The position is intended for a slightly junior to senior instructional designer or lead instructional designer and requires 1–3 years of instructional design and content development experience, along with sales enablement experience and proficiency with the listed tools.
