Lockheed Martin is hiring a Contract Instructor Pilot to provide F-35 training to pilots through academic and simulator-based instruction at Luke Air Force Base. The role includes preparing lesson plans, instructing flight procedures and techniques, evaluating student performance, maintaining training records, and supporting Lockheed Martin training initiatives. Candidates must hold an active Secret clearance, be able to attain Special Access Program access, and have at least 1,000 hours of tactical fighter aircraft pilot experience, including multi-ship flight lead experience.
