Lockheed Martin is hiring a full-time F-35B Contractor Instructor Pilot (CIP) to support the Japanese Air Self-Defense Force in Nyutabaru, Japan. The role delivers F-35B pilot training through the Full Mission Simulator, Instructor Operating Station, ground school, electronic lectures, and interactive courseware; prepares lesson plans; evaluates student performance; and supports training records and course standards. Candidates must hold active Secret clearance and be able to qualify for Special Access Program access, have prior military pilot academic and simulator training experience, and possess Naval Aviation experience. The position offers a long-term foreign assignment, a sign-on bonus, and a full-time salary range of $148,300 to $275,500, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
