The employer is hiring a contract Leadership Development Program Manager to run leadership development programs end to end for a client engagement. The role coordinates facilitators, coaches, vendors, participants, and stakeholders; manages logistics, communications, budgets, timelines, risks, LMS data, and program KPIs; and supports performance management, competency frameworks, career pathing, and internal mobility. The position is onsite in Betzdorf, Luxembourg, or Chennai, India, for three months at 40 hours per week, with a start date of ASAP.
