Kuehne+Nagel is hiring an Operations Manager for its Sacramento distribution center to lead a team and oversee planning, staffing, safety, performance, training, scheduling, compliance, reporting, process improvement, and customer and stakeholder communication. The role requires a bachelor's degree in supply chain management or a related field, at least five years of warehousing experience, three to five years of distribution leadership experience, and experience with Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement. The typical shift is Monday through Thursday from 2:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., and the position is on-site with health and welfare benefits, a 401(k) retirement plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation.
