TVM Verzekeringen is hiring a Procurement Contract Manager to implement, operate, and evaluate IT procurement and contract management processes. The role works with contract owners, product owners, architects, ISOs, the privacy officer, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to translate business needs into secure, future-proof contracts and partnerships, assess risks and opportunities, and support negotiations. The position is based in Hoogeveen with a hybrid arrangement requiring at least 40% office presence, and offers a gross salary of €4,952.83 to €7,075.47 based on 38 hours, a one-year contract with a prospect of a permanent contract, and other employment benefits.
