Description
Worldwide Clinical Trials is hiring a Contract Manager to manage the full life cycle of sponsor contracts, change orders, amendments, and related clinical and service agreements. The role partners with Legal, Finance, Business Development, Proposal Development, Operations, Therapeutic Leaders, and project teams to draft and revise contract terms, study budgets, scopes of work, payment schedules, and service descriptions; lead sponsor negotiations; secure approvals; ensure policy, legal, and master-agreement compliance; communicate with sponsors; and track contract status and financial values in Salesforce and the company finance system. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, two to three years of direct CRO or pharmaceutical data experience, advanced Microsoft Office skills, strong Excel and CRM/Salesforce proficiency, negotiation, analytical, planning, communication, stakeholder-management, and project-leadership capabilities.
