Downer is hiring a Contract Manager for its Government and Integrated Facilities Management team in Adelaide. The role leads the safe, compliant, and commercially sustainable delivery of asset management, maintenance, and facilities management services; drives KPIs and performance outcomes; manages commercial, financial, operational, and contract risks; and builds relationships with clients, government bodies, unions, contractors, suppliers, and internal governance teams. The position reports to the National Operations Manager and requires tertiary qualifications, leadership experience in a large services organisation, commercial contract and financial management experience, and strong governance, risk, quality, compliance, stakeholder, negotiation, communication, and strategic planning skills.
