EPSA is hiring a Contract Manager to support contractual and financial monitoring of works contracts. The role assesses contract risks, participates in negotiations and contract amendments, manages claims and high-stakes arbitration dossiers, oversees reporting and performance indicators, and contributes to improving contracting practices. Candidates should have public works procurement and contract-monitoring experience, infrastructure project experience, dispute-management experience, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and at least six years of relevant experience; expertise in catenary markets is an additional strength.
