Description
Fireblocks is hiring a Legal Counsel to support its in-house legal team and sales organization by leading complex commercial contract negotiations, managing legal elements of significant revenue-generating opportunities, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, drafting contracts, developing templates, and advising on legal risks. The role also supports AI initiatives, contract-management tools, and learning new technologies and practice areas. It is based in London, reports to the Senior Legal Counsel, EMEA, and seeks candidates with commercial contracting knowledge, technology-company experience, and experience negotiating global technology transactions; a qualified practising lawyer is not required.
