Description
Kier is hiring a Contract Manager for its Building Solutions team in Salisbury and Portsmouth. The role is a 40-hour-per-week contract, initially site-based and later evolving into account management, with responsibility for delivering projects valued up to £10m in secure environments. Duties include overseeing project delivery, managing teams and stakeholders, delivering projects on time, on budget, and to safety and quality standards, implementing health and safety policies, acting as the client's first point of contact, and mentoring site teams. Candidates should have significant construction project delivery experience, preferably in secure environments, a relevant construction qualification, professional memberships such as CIOB, expert knowledge of NEC and JCT contracts, and experience managing project budgets and programmes. The role requires a British passport, an Enhanced DBS check, and SC clearance is advantageous; certificates of sponsorship are not offered.
