Description
Minto is hiring a Contract Manager in Toronto, Ontario to lead tendering, bid evaluation, contract administration, pricing negotiation, and contract compliance for low-rise and mid-rise residential development projects. The role reports to senior leadership, manages a team of estimators, and collaborates with estimating, purchasing, construction, and development teams to control budgets, schedules, risks, and costs. Candidates should have post-secondary education in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience, at least five years of construction estimating experience, leadership experience, and strong analytical and communication skills. The hiring pay range is $100,000–$120,000.
