Lely is hiring an Electronics Category Manager to manage suppliers and contracts for electronic components, including supplier relationships, performance monitoring, risk mitigation, contract and framework agreements, pricing and delivery negotiations, sourcing, and continuous improvement. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, at least three years of strategic or tactical procurement experience, negotiation and contract-management skills, ERP and analytical-tool knowledge, English communication skills, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel internationally 10–20%. The position is based at Lely’s campus in Maassluis, Netherlands, with a hybrid work policy requiring at least three days per week on site, and offers a gross monthly salary of €4,089–€5,841.
