Description
AND Digital is recruiting a contract Microsoft Foundry AI Engineer to start ASAP. The role involves hands-on development and configuration of AI agents, integrations, and production-ready generative AI solutions using Microsoft Foundry, Azure AI services, APIs, SDKs, and cloud technologies. The engineer will build and test LLM-powered applications and agentic workflows, integrate AI into existing platforms, apply software engineering practices including testing, version control, and CI/CD, and optimize solutions for reliability and scalability. Essential qualifications include strong software engineering experience, Azure or related Azure AI experience, generative AI/LLM or AI-agent experience, API and SDK integration, and Python or TypeScript programming; desirable experience includes Azure OpenAI, RAG, embeddings, vector search, Azure AI Search, prompt engineering, Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions, containers, microservices, and serverless technologies.
