Description
Intuitive is hiring a Contract Negotiator to support commercial contracting for its robotic-assisted surgery and minimally invasive care businesses. The role prepares, reviews, and negotiates complex customer and product-service contracts, including digital, data, and privacy agreements; manages the contract lifecycle; identifies and mitigates legal and compliance risks; and collaborates with sales, legal, regulatory, customer service, and other internal and external stakeholders. The position requires a law degree or equivalent legal experience, at least three years of commercial contract experience, and strong drafting, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
