Takeda is hiring a full-time Contract Operations Analyst in Łódź, Poland, to manage the contracting lifecycle from intake and routing through review, approvals, signature enablement, activation, filing, and purchase-order enablement. The role coordinates with Legal, Procurement, Finance, and other business stakeholders; supports contract risk identification, workflow and technology improvements, data quality, and operational escalations; and uses CLM, SAP, and DocuSign workflows. Candidates need at least 2–3 years of contract management or legal operations experience, strong communication and stakeholder skills, and knowledge of global shared-service environments and contract-management technology.
