Description
The Contract Operations Manager will lead AWS’s Shared Services Contract Operations team, managing Contract Specialists across multiple U.S. locations and matrix-managing team members in international offices. The role coordinates with workstream leads, deploys flexible resources across contract workstreams, monitors queues and escalations, improves processes, and reports operational performance. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience, 7+ years of contracts-related experience, 4+ years leading a team, and familiarity with ticketing systems and capacity planning. The position is available in Dallas, Arlington, and Seattle, with a base salary of 147,300 to 199,300 USD annually.
