The City of Encinitas is hiring a part-time, temporary Program Coordinator - Arts Instructor to develop and deliver arts lessons at the Pacific View Arts Center. The role covers visual, performing, and multimedia arts, including curriculum design, classroom instruction, volunteer coordination, material management, and maintaining safe and inclusive learning environments. Applicants need a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of responsible arts instructor experience including one year of classroom teaching, or an equivalent combination of education and experience; a BFA is highly desirable. The position may require weekends and evenings and is open until filled.
