TekPro Support Services, LLC is hiring a Contract Program Manager to support its ongoing mission at FBI Redstone Arsenal in Alabama. This is an onsite six-month contract requiring a Top Secret clearance and core-hours availability. The role manages workforce performance and contract requirements, serves as the principal point of contact with the Government, attends coordination meetings, and visits staffed locations to ensure operational needs are met. The position requires at least seven years of team-lead or similar experience, seven years of experience in the specific industry, strong communication and technical documentation skills, customer-service knowledge, organizational and delegation abilities, and the ability to coach and mentor employees.
