Description
BakerHicks is hiring an experienced Contract Quantity Surveyor to join its on-site project delivery team in Ayrshire. The role manages subcontractor packages from award through final account, leads variations and claims, prepares payment applications, oversees cash flow and cost reporting, manages commercial risk, supports cost control and value recovery, administers NEC4 contracts, and guides stakeholders on contract interpretation. The position requires strong procurement and contracts management experience, knowledge of UK construction contracts and procurement legislation, and a full UK driving licence; NEC4 Option E experience and EPCM experience are advantageous.
