Description
CLEAResult is hiring a Contract Recruiter to join its People Team. The role partners with managers and business leaders to source, assess, and guide candidates through the recruitment process, improve recruiting operations, advise on labor-market trends and hiring strategies, and collaborate across the People Team. It requires more than five years of progressive recruitment experience, strong sourcing and recruiting judgment, the ability to learn Workday and other business platforms, preferably Paradox, and comfort using data. The position is contract-based and pays $35–$45 per hour.
