Comfrt is hiring a Contract Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting during a period of rapid growth. The role is fully remote, full-time for an initial 3-6 month contract, and involves partnering with hiring managers, managing ATS workflows in JazzHR, conducting first-round interviews, sourcing talent through ATS and LinkedIn, and tracking recruiting metrics. Candidates should have at least 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in startup or scaling environments, with strong sourcing, communication, and organization skills. The position pays $30-$35 per hour and prefers candidates with ecommerce/DTC and product development/technology hiring experience.
