Description
Gen is hiring a Contract Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting across Tempe, Arizona; New York City, New York; and Mountain View, California. The role manages approximately 20–30 mid- to senior-level professional and technical requisitions, develops sourcing strategies, partners with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, uses AI and modern ATS platforms such as Ashby, and delivers a high-quality candidate experience. The position is hybrid, based in the Tempe or New York City office with three days per week onsite.
