Description
The Contract Recruiter manages full-cycle recruiting for exempt and skilled trades roles, including sourcing, interviewing, offer development, talent-pipeline building, recruiting metrics, ATS data maintenance, employer branding, and candidate experience. The role partners with hiring managers and workforce-development partners, requires at least three years of recruiting experience covering both exempt and skilled trades hiring, and prefers bilingual English, Creole, and French skills.
