The role partners with hiring managers and Human Resources, sources candidates, conducts interviews, manages talent pipelines, coordinates hiring activities, and ensures compliance with employment laws and company policies. Applicants must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent recruiting experience, at least two years of full-cycle recruiting experience, and experience recruiting in manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or operational environments.
