CookUnity is hiring a senior freelance recruiter to partner with its Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers on full-cycle searches across the United States and Canada, with a focus on Product and senior leadership roles. The role involves sourcing and engaging active and passive candidates, managing candidate experience, supporting hiring strategy and interview debriefs, collaborating on employer branding, and using recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and GEM. It is a remote-friendly hybrid role preferring candidates based in New York City and requires at least five years of full-cycle recruiting experience, familiarity with technology, product, or data roles, and strong sourcing and relationship-building skills.
