Constellis is hiring a contract requirements manager to oversee the government security contract for the Eastern District of Texas. The role serves as the primary government contact for technical and security requirements, works on site daily, supervises all Contract Security Officers (CSOs) and Lead Contract Security Officers (LCSOs), monitors contract performance and staffing, handles administrative and investigative matters, safeguards government property, and remains available around the clock for emergencies. Candidates must be United States citizens, communicate fluently in English, have three years of law enforcement experience and five years of recent supervisory or management experience directly overseeing and evaluating employees, pass a background investigation, and live within 50 miles of the district office.
