Description
The Contract Security Supervisor manages, supervises, and coordinates assigned Contract Security Officers at the field level, serving as a working supervisor who performs security-officer duties while providing leadership, training, inspection, reporting, and administrative oversight. The role oversees daily security operations, post assignments, personnel performance, compliance, client needs, and operational issues, and requires at least two years of successful field-supervision experience or equivalent education, training, and experience. Additional qualifications include relevant security licenses, weapons certification, CPR/AED or first-aid certification, a valid driver’s license, background and drug-screening clearance, and the ability to pass physical and psychological evaluations.
