The Senior Workday Consultant will lead Workday HCM workstreams across high-profile customer implementations, bridging business stakeholders and implementation teams. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, solution design and configuration, workshops, testing, deployment support, knowledge transfer, and user training. The role requires client-facing Workday implementation experience, HCM Core and Compensation certification, and strong consulting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
