Centerfield Jamaica is seeking a Contract Senior Sales Leader to lead and develop a direct-marketing and telemarketing sales team, drive sales-volume and SLA performance, provide strategic direction, analyze reports, manage controllable labor costs, and ensure compliance. The role requires at least five years of call-center management experience, three to four years of telesales experience, data-analysis ability, call-center technology knowledge, Microsoft Office proficiency, strong communication skills, and flexible availability for any day or hour.
