Immunome is hiring a Contract Senior Technical Recruiter to support its Clinical/Development and Commercial organizations by leading full-cycle recruitment across a broad range of roles. The role partners with hiring managers and HR, develops sourcing strategies, conducts interviews, coordinates hiring logistics, maintains Greenhouse records, provides market insights, and supports contract and contingent workforce hiring. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience, at least five years of full-cycle recruiting experience including some in-house technical recruiting, life sciences experience, and the ability to work on-site in Bothell at least one day per week. The contract pays $70–$85 USD per hour.
