The role covers drafting, review, negotiation, risk assessment, CLM administration, stakeholder collaboration, compliance, and contracting metrics. It is a hybrid position based in the Seattle office and requires at least five years of relevant contracts experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience, and familiarity with commercial contract language, CLM platforms, and enterprise sales or CRM environments. The salary range for Washington-based candidates is $78,000 to $99,000.
