Description
Esri is hiring a Contract Negotiator in Charlotte, North Carolina to review, draft, and negotiate cloud, software, procurement, and statement-of-work agreements; respond to contract requests; collaborate with business, financial, and risk teams; and identify contractual risks and process improvements. The role requires at least two years of agreement-negotiation and drafting experience, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, strong communication and analytical skills, and knowledge of Microsoft Office, Apttus (Conga), or Salesforce. Visa sponsorship is not available, and the position is onsite with relocation assistance available.
