Description
The role advises management on major contractual and procurement matters for substantial mission-oriented programs, including pre-award and post-award actions, compliance reviews, negotiations, cost and pricing strategies, and long-range procurement recommendations. It requires at least one year of specialized GS-11 or NH-02-level experience, a bachelor's degree, U.S. citizenship, suitability for federal employment, a security clearance, and the ability to travel extensively, including on military and commercial aircraft.
